Next to each performance within the 'programme of events' section of this site is a 'buy tickets online' button which will take you through to the tickets.com web site where you can select, in three easy steps, the day, time and number of tickets that you require for your chosen performance.
Booking Guide
The Box Office is normally open Monday to Saturday from 10 to 6 and one hour prior to the performance.
Booking
By post: to avoid telephone queues book by post. Send your cheque/postal order made payable to ‘Maidstone Borough Council’ (please put your name, address and telephone number on the back) together with a SAE to: The Box Office, Hazlitt Theatre, Earl Street, Maidstone ME14 1PL.
By phone: Call the Box Office on 01622 758611 to make your booking. There is a 24 hour answering service. To speed up your booking please have the details of the performance ready together with your credit card.
In person: at the Box Office.
By fax: fax your ticket requirements on 01622 750530 and we will reserve your seats or, if you supply your credit card number, we will post your tickets to you.
Payment
Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards. Cheques or Postal Orders must be made payable to Maidstone Borough Council.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved and held for 7 days or up to 30 minutes before performance, whichever is sooner. Tickets not claimed as stated will automatically be made available for sale.
Resale of Tickets
It is not our policy to offer refunds but tickets can be accepted for resale, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Concessions
Concessions are normally available for senior citizens, young people under 16, students, benefit claimants, and registered people with disabilities and parties. Only one concession can apply and proof of eligibility may be requested. The management reserves the right to introduce further discounts and concessions prior to a performance which do not apply to tickets already purchased.
Latecomers
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. This is at the discretion of the management and may mean the interval. The management also reserve the right to refuse admission and request any patron to leave.
